If Windows Updates begin installing when you turn on your laptop to launch Examplify, you must wait until the Windows Updates installation completes before proceeding or you may encounter a serious issue. Also, if you are prompted to restart your laptop after the installation, you must allow your laptop to restart. We highly recommend that you disable Windows Updates before you install Examplify and re-enable Windows Updates as soon as the exam period has ended. This will prevent this issue, as well as prevent a possible Examplify conflict after you install it.

Students are required to wait until their exam file automatically uploads before leaving the exam room after each exam. If your exam file does not automatically upload after you close your exam and click the "Exit" button, notify the Laptop Exam Assistant in the exam room for assistance.
