2006 ABA Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal Writing Competition

The ABA Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law announces its annual student writing competition for the Section's flagship scholarly publication, the Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal. The competition is open to all law students currently attending an ABA-accredited law school.

The Quarles & Brady Prize is sponsored by the real estate and estate planning practice groups of Quarles & Brady LLP, a distinguished group of more than 70 lawyers practicing nationwide from the firm's offices in Phoenix, Milwaukee, Chicago, Tucson, Naples and Madison.

The first place winner will receive a cash prize of $2,000 (together with one year free membership in the Section and an expense paid trip to the Section's Fall Leadership Meeting), with the second and third price winners receiving cash prizes of $500 and $250, respectively.
