2006 Nancy Underwood Graduate Student Leadership and Achievement Scholarship

On Tuesday, November 7th, 2006, the SMU student senate will award a $1,000 scholarship to a graduate student who has contributed significantly to the graduate school and the SMU community through leadership, service, and participation in student organizations, and who has shown outstanding academic achievement in her/his chosen field of study.

An application and a wallet-sized photo are due in the Student Activities Center by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 19, 2006. Also, you must submit a recommendation form with two recommendations from a member of the SMU faculty, staff, or administration are due in the Student Activities Center no later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 19, 2006. Please type your responses to the statements that are on the application and return the responses, attaching them to the application, by the 5:00 p.m. Thursday, October 19, 2006, deadline.
