Participate in SBA Activities

We invite you to get involved in SBA Activities this year. There are lots of opportunities for you to serve as a committee member or volunteer with various events. SBA really gives you the opportunity to follow your own interests and express yourself through participation in SBA events. You have more creative control and responsibility if you serve as a member of a committee, but you still have a huge impact on the events at the law school by volunteering or just by showing up. Take the time to check out the event websites, get involved in anything or everything. We would love to work with you this year on the many social events the SBA hosts this year.

Become a Committee Member

In order to be a committee member you have to interview with the SBA steering committee. Check out the SBA online committee applicationfor more information about when interviews will be held in the Fall for this coming school year and the spring for the 2008-2009 school year.

Volunteer for an Event

Volunteering is one of the easiest ways to involve yourself in an event without going through the formal interview process. Each of the committee websites allows you to volunteer online. It is also possible to get involved by talking with or emailing the committee chair or members for the event. Each committee needs volunteers to help with different aspects of the event. Consider volunteering to paint faces at the Carnival or volunteer to act or work back stage at the Follies production. We would love to see you participating in any of our events this year. Check out the websites for more information:
