ArkansasOnline (August 30, 2015) - Whether to Prosecute - Statistics indicate that more than 650 children, the majority age 2 or under, have died after being left in a vehicle during the hot summer months.  Judiciary face the challenge of whether to prosecute caregivers and sentences of those prosecuted can range from probation to life in prison.
