Not a final dissolution of the marriage, but an interim order.

The Keeler had been married for 16 years. Mr. Keeler did not know that, at the time of the decree, Ms. Keeler was pregnant. She then began living with the father of her baby but did not tell Mr. Keeler. Mr. Keeler had custody of the couple's two daughters, aged 12 and 13 years, and under the decree Mrs. Keeler had the right to take the girls on alternate weekends.
