| Not
a final dissolution of the marriage, but an interim order.
The Keeler had
been married for 16 years. Mr. Keeler did not know that, at the time
of the decree, Ms. Keeler was pregnant. She then began living with the
father of her baby but did not tell Mr. Keeler. Mr. Keeler had custody
of the couple's two daughters, aged 12 and 13 years, and under the
decree Mrs. Keeler had the right to take the girls on alternate
weekends.
