Student 3, there is a not-so-subtle
difference between linear thinking and bouncing one's mind against a
rock. The writing itself had nothing to do with the court's analysis,
which you will clearly see once you learn to brief a case properly.
But I suspect I will hear more from you later when we get to the
subject of the Statute of Frauds.
