Bio
Ms. Heard has practiced with a variety of law firms in the Dallas area, specializing primarily in transactional work and civil litigation. In addition, while living in Birmingham, Alabama she was in-house counsel for Vulcan Materials Company, a Fortune 400 company. Currently, Ms. Heard teaches the Legal Research, Writing and Advocacy course and serves as a teacher and department head at a private school in Dallas.
