The 2012 James E. Beckley Writing Competition in Securities Arbitration Law is sponsored by the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA).

PRIZES:

• First prize - $1,000
• Second prize - $750
• Third Prize - $500

The PIABA Bar Journal Board-of-Editors publish the first place paper, and may, at their option elect to print additional submissions.
