Association of Securities and Exchange Commission Alumni (ASECA) is holding their
2012 Securities Law Writing Competition.
TOPIC:
Any subject in the field of securities law.
PRIZES:

First Place - $5,000

Second Place - $3,000

Third Place - $2,000
ELIGIBILITY:
Students enrolled at any accredited law school in the United States, with expected graduation in 2013 or later, may enter the competition. Unpublished papers, papers published in any law journal or other publication during the calendar year 2012, and papers scheduled for publication in 2012 or 2013 are eligible for submission. Co-authored papers are not eligible.
DEADLINE:
Must be received
no later than November 16, 2012.

Author's name and contact information, e-mail, postal address, telephone number, law school, and year of anticipated graduation must be included. Any submissions that have been published, or are scheduled to be published, need to include the name and date of publication.
