Academic Skills Assistance Program (ASAP)The Academic Skills Assistance Program (ASAP) offers a variety of services designed to ease the transition into law school by helping students acquire effective study skills as well as the ability to perform legal analysis. Each fall, ASAP offers large group sessions for all 1L students concerning class preparation, note taking and pre-outlining. In November, ASAP will administer practice exams provided by the 1L professors. ASAP also provides a Bar Prep program following graduation. In addition, ASAP offers all qualifying 1L students weekly tutorial sessions with upper-class tutors, who excelled in their first year law courses. Participation in the ASAP tutorial program is voluntary; however, all qualifying students are encouraged to participate. Academic Skills Assistance Program Staff: Rebecca Garza Greenan, Esq. Lynn L.
