Deadline Dates

• May of 1L year
  • Public Service packet placed in communication box with memo of frequently asked questions/answers and website address
• September - March of 2L year
  • Group Orientations (watch for emails)
  • Individual Orientation - contact Rebecca Greenan at 214.768.2567 or email: rgreenan@mail.smu.edu
• March of 2L year
  • Confirmation Agreement: signed by supervisor & submitted to Public Service Office
• May of 2L year
  • Public Service flyer placed in communication box with website address
• One month before graduation
  • Class of 2012 - deadline is April 30, 2012 at 5:00 p.m.
  • Complete hours and submit to Public Service Office:
    • Student Log,
    • Supervisory Report (signed) and
    • Student Questionnaire
