Associate Professor of Law Linda Eads was recently elected for membership into the American Law Institute.
The American Law Institute is the “leading independent organization in the United States producing scholarly work to clarify, modernize, and otherwise improve the law.”
Elected members of the ALI include eminent judges, lawyers, and law professionals from all over the United States and abroad. It is a distinct professional honor, and the number that can be admitted is limited to 3,000 (not including life, honorary, and ex-officio members). Membership is based on overall professional achievement and demonstrated interest in improving the law.
