New Federal Judicial Externship Course Added
SMU Dedman School of Law is proud to announce the Federal Judicial Externship Course that will begin in the fall of 2010! The law school and federal judges in United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas have partnered to create this new, 3-hour externship course. Students selected through a competitive application process will work under the direct supervision of a federal judge for 10-15 hours per week and attend a 1-hour weekly classroom component taught by a faculty member. The Federal Judicial Externship course will be offered annually during the fall and spring semesters.
