SMU Dedman School of Law’s Symposium on Emerging Intellectual Property Issues addresses the latest theories and practices important to the development of intellectual property law. It explores emerging issues of intellectual property law through discussions with distinguished academics, jurists and leaders in the industry. This year’s Symposium features three panels addressing the Supreme Court’s latest copyright and patent cases.
