Presented by SMU Dedman School of Law, this Symposium will address the latest theories and practices important to the development of intellectual property law and explore emerging issues of intellectual property law through discussions with distinguished academics, jurists and leaders in the industry. We invite you to attend and participate in this year’s Symposium with a focus on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and its unique role in the development of the nation's patent law.
