Please join us for a discussion by Bryan A. Garner, Distinguished Research Professor of Law at SMU Dedman School of Law, and Antonin Scalia, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, as they discuss Scalia and Garner's Reading Law: The Interpretation of Legal Texts.

We have just confirmed that Justice Scalia and Bryan Garner will be signing books immediately following the lecture on January 28.  If you would like a book, you must purchase a $50 ticket (includes a book and lecture).  Tickets for the lecture only are $35.  Books will also be sold the night of the event. 

We hope to see SMU faculty, staff, students, friends of the law school, and members of the Dallas/Fort Worth legal community for this special event. SMU faculty, staff, and students will receive special instructions via e-mail on how to obtain ticket(s) to this event.

Note: Purchase tickets online by January, 18th at 5:00 p.m. in order to receive tickets in the mail before the event. Past this date, tickets will be available for pick-up beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the will call area of the SMU McFarlin box office on the date of the event.
