Invoices

An invoice is a bill, submitted by a vendor, showing Southern Methodist University as the billing address, with an invoice number, an amount, and a description of service or goods provided.

• Invoices need to be signed by the department
• Indicate which Org you would like to charge
• Note business purpose on the invoice
• Place in the Finance Office inbox
