About Jane Ginsburg

Jane Ginsburg is the Morton L. Janklow Professor of Literary and Artistic Property Law at Columbia University and director of its Kernochan Center for Law, Media, and the Arts. She is the co-author of the treatise International Copyright and Neighbouring Rights: The Berne Convention and Beyond; and the co-editor of Trademarks and Brands, Foundations of Intellectual Property, Intellectual Property Stories, and, forthcoming, Copyright and Piracy. An Order of the Coif Distinguished Visitor in 2009, she has held the Goodhart Visiting Chair of Legal Science at the University of Cambridge.
