The Symposium focuses on the most recent developments in China’s Intellectual Property (IP) law, innovation, and policy to foster greater understanding of China and its practices. Chinese judges, policymakers, attorneys, and academics having expertise in Chinese IP law share their experience and insights with the business and legal communities. Featuring  presentations on specialized IP courts, patent litigation and prosecution, IP market, and innovation policies currently developing in China, the Symposium also promotes exchange of ideas and cooperation among Chinese and U.S. judges, academics, and lawyers.
